Orders are processed without a phone call, unless clarifications are needed.
Order processing takes 1–3 business days after the payment is credited to our account.
Delivery takes 1–3 days from the moment the package is handed over to the carrier and is carried out from Monday to Saturday.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed the next day.

Terms of Exchange and Product Return

According to the Consumer Rights Protection Act, you may return products purchased in the Monpacie online store within fourteen days of purchase, provided all standards are met.

Conditions for exchange/return of products of proper quality:

Consumers have the right to exchange or return non-food products of proper quality to the seller from whom they were purchased if the shape, size, style, color, or size of the product is not satisfactory. Consumers have the right to exchange or return products of proper quality within fourteen days, excluding the day of purchase.

Exchange and return of products of proper quality occurs in the following cases:

- if they have not been used;
- if their commercial appearance is preserved;
- if consumer properties, seals, and labels are preserved;
upon presenting the receipt issued to the consumer along with the purchased product;

In the case of exchange or return of products of proper quality purchased in the online store, the buyer covers the transport costs.
